11TH AND 13TH KY REGION TOURNAMENTS

 

Wazoosports.com announced today the LIVE broadcast schedule for the Girls and Boys 11th Region Basketball Tournament semifinals and championship games March 7th, 8th and 11th from McBrayer Arena on the campus of Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky. 
Also announced was LIVE coverage of the Girls and Boys 13th Region Basketball Tournaments from Knox Central High School in Barbourville, Kentucky, March 5th thru 11th.

The two Girls’ 11th Region semifinal games will be played Friday, March 7th (7:00 p.m. & 8:45 p.m.) with the championship game beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 8th.

The Boys 11th Region semifinals will be Saturday, March 8th (1:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.) with the championship game scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night, March 11th.

The 11th Region is home to both the defending girls’ and boys’ state champions; Lexington Christian Academy and Scott County, respectively.

Wazoosports.com will begin LIVE coverage of the Boys 13th Region Tournament on Wednesday and Thursday night, March 5th and 6th with two first round boy’s games each evening.  The two boy’s regional tournament semifinal games can be seen LIVE Monday night, March 10th and the championship game LIVE on Tuesday night, March 11th.

The two Girls 13th Regional Tournament semifinal games will be broadcast LIVE Friday night, March 7th and the girls’ championship game can be seen LIVE Saturday night, March 8th.
Clay County and South Laurel are two-time defending 13th Regional champions for girls and boys, respectively.

NOTE: Official game times for the Girls’ & Boys’ 13th Regional Tournament have not been determined.
